• Picnic will be held at the Lake Fairfax Park - click here for more information about the Park
• From Noon (12:00 pm) to 3:00 pm
• Attendance to the picnic is included in the paid gala ticket. However, due to the limit of persons allowed to be at the reserved picnic area (320 persons) set by the Park, attendance is allocated on a "first-come-first-serve" basis. We deeply regret that late registration/paid ticket may not include attendance to the picnic once the picnic space limit is reached.
• Food and drink will be provided (free) at the picnic.
• Parking at the Park is free.
• Due to limited parking spaces at the Park, please consider car-pooling .
